I have several hypnosis cd's from Kelly howell, mark bowden, and many others. they are much better than Rachel-as she spends 40 minutes!!!! getting you hypnotized and only 3.5 minutes with hypnotic suggestions.....I made the mistake of ordering 6 of her cd's-only to find her voice is so soft-and the climbing stairs blah blah blah....at the beach blah blah blah scenE is THE SAME IN EVERY ONE!!!!!!!!!! I WILL STICK WITH MARK BOWDEN, KELLY HOWELL, SPEED ZEN AND OTHERS-AS I FEEL RACHEL IS JUST DRUMMING UP THESE CD'S TO MAKE MONey-they all went in the trash.Product details

I just feel better and with much more confidence. There are 3 sessions, 1 is only 4 minutes so I can fit it in anytime. Another is deeper at 25 minutes and another is to be used before bed. The options are experience are great. This really works.
This is an excellent CD. Rachael's voice is so soothing and the content is right on point. Very effective if listened to daily.
